Ingredients

  • Boiled rajma 1cup


  • Gram flour 4tsp


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Everest rajma masala 1tsp


  • Kasturi methi 1/3 tsp


  • Red chili powder 1/3 tsp


  • Chopped onion 1


  • Coriander powder 1tsp


  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp


  • Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp


  • Oil for frying 2cups

Directions

  • Take a bowl
  • Add boiled rajma in it n mash it..
  • Then add gram flour ,onion in it n mix it well
  • Then add all spices in it n mix it well n make fine mixture
  • Then make small circle shapes of the mixture
  • N deep fry all kababs till they become golden brown on medium flame
  • N serve hot with sauce,chatni,dips etc.
